Marcia is a dedicated full-time REALTOR® with Realty ONE Group Mountain Desert, proudly serving Prescott, Prescott Valley and the surrounding communities. After relocating from California to Arizona with her husband, two dogs and horse, in search of the perfect place to call home, she quickly developed a deep appreciation for the area's lifestyle, scenic beauty, and strong sense of community.

With over 18 years of experience in real estate sales, marketing, and new home development, Marcia brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every transaction. She first earned her real estate license in California in 2008 before obtaining her Arizona license in 2016. Her extensive background includes new home development, administrative management, marketing, merchandising, transaction coordination, and residential sales. This diverse experience enables her to provide clients with strategic guidance and a seamless real estate experience from start to finish. 

Committed to professional excellence, Marcia holds the prestigious Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation and is a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. She also holds the National Association of REALTORS® Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR®) designation. In addition, she serves as a Coordinator of the Prescott Valley Luxury Home Tour, working alongside fellow real estate professionals to showcase some of the area's most exceptional luxury properties.
