Originally from Capistrano Beach, California, Laurel made Prescott her home in 2001 and has developed an extensive knowledge of the area's neighborhoods, market trends, and lifestyle.

For decades, Laurel and Jayson have partnered on custom homes, remodels, and renovation projects, developing a keen eye for quality construction, thoughtful design, and the details that make a home both beautiful and functional. As a design consultant, Laurel enjoys helping clients bring their vision to life. From space planning and finish selections to kitchen and bath design, lighting, flooring, cabinetry, and color palettes, she helps clients create homes that reflect their lifestyle while protecting their investment. Her background in construction and design allows her to see opportunities that others often overlook.

Jayson complements the team with his extensive construction knowledge, offering practical insight into building methods, structural considerations, remodeling possibilities, and project feasibility. Together, they help clients make informed decisions whether purchasing an existing home, building from the ground up, or investing in Northern Arizona real estate.

Supporting every transaction is a dedicated Transaction Coordinator who manages contracts, deadlines, and communications from contract to closing, ensuring every detail is handled efficiently and every client receives a smooth, organized experience.
