"I am a disabled vet that was looking for a home in the Prescott area. It is a tough place up there so many people not enough house but Bob was a great realtor. We looked all over, and then we found one over a few valleys over. He put me in touch with another realtor in Cottonwood. Bob and I looked at so many, finding not the right one, or getting outbid on them. I am looking forward to unpacking my stuff."

"Very patient. Takes the time to help you find the home you want. As a 30 plus year resident, was knowledgeable of the area. Found a variety of homes for me to look at, before zeroing in on my home type. Overall, the home review process was unhurried. Allowed me the time to consider my house candidates. Helped me every step of the way through the offer/ counter offer and later the legal/contract process. Was there for me at my new home, when I was unable to meet the home inspector. Ethical and knowledgeable of real estate law. If you are looking for a home in the Prescott area, Bob Ward will go out of his way to make it happen."
