March 2018 Real Estate Market Review

Prescott and Surrounding Towns

The month of March saw an overall drop in months of inventory levels for the Prescott Tri-City area. While the number of new listings increased from the prior month, so did the number of sold transactions. Prescott average sold prices had a slight increase in March coming in at $403,000.
