August 2018 Prescott Area Market Review
The real estate market in Prescott and surrounding towns saw a slight decrease in average sold price and inventory levels for the month of August.
Prescott days on market dropped, as well as the average sold price. Homes are still selling at an average of 98% of asking price. Prescott inventory levels saw a slight decrease. Now just under 4 months of inventory.
Prescott Valley saw an increase in the average sales price. Highest average sold price all year. Holding at just 2 months worth of inventory.
Chino Valley held steady with their average sold price. Inventory levels had a slight increase from 1.88 months of inventory to 2.20 months in August.
