Hello everyone! First I hope everyone is staying home as much as possible and staying as safe as possible. Take precautions and take care of yourself and your family.

I am still available to you for Real Estate, or anything else you need assistance with at this time. Looking for information you can trust? Reach out and I'll try to help you locate trusted resources. Need supplies, let me know I'll help you search too! We all need to work together at this time.

The local real estate market continues on as we all adjust to these times and I have my first Market Review video for 2020 ready to go. This year I will create these videos quarterly, based on feedback received, rather than monthly.

Above is my video for the First Quarter 2020. Many people have been asking about March specifically with regards to local real estate and I cover some March data in the opening 2 minutes of the video.

Stay safe, stay healthy and reach out if you need anything.
